Director, Institutional Investor Development
As Director of Institutional Investor Development you will be responsible for ensuring IRESE has an array of institutional investors on board. You will need to create an institutional sales process that identifies institutional prospects and sells them on the benefits of investing on IRESE. The position will also be responsible for developing strategies and structures that match the risk and return preferences of prospective investors. This position will have an attractive incentive compensation plan dependent on meeting goals for institutional investor growth and exchange’s trading volumes.
Senior Software Engineer and Architect
Candidate will lead the company software and hardware architecture, will be part of development for products based on Micorosoft ASP.NET and AJAX technologies. This position will include product development that is driven by market and product management requirements as well as changes in technology. This role will also include maintenance of products that requires issue resolution skills and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a team environment that is focused on delivering quality business applications with Microsoft ASP.NET and AJAX based technologies at Internet speed. A candidate with excellent leadership and communication skills will flourish and grow in this fast paced environment.
Software Developer
Candidate will be part of development for products based on Microsoft technologies. This position will include product development that is driven by market and product management requirements as well as changes in technology. Account Executive
You will manage the relationship with the existing client to ensure that IRESE’s clients’ needs are met. You will be the central contact point for the client and will coordinate activities within the IRESE organization to ensure that expectations are met. This includes answering questions, scheduling any project needs and identifying internal resource requirements to meet expectations. In addition, the Account Executive is responsible for building an ongoing relationship with the client that will result in incremental revenues to the company.
Sales Executive
Candidate will aggressively generate and close sales for the Company line of products, including Real Estate Notes and Real Estate Options with new accounts by managing and coordinating the appropriate resources required to penetrate new markets and build relationships at the decision making level Ability to manage time and perform multiple tasks without sacrificing quality is a must.Candidate will have a high level of client interaction and therefore must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
