I hereby authorize IRESE, Inc. ("IRESE")
to electronically debit the checking or savings account listed at the financial
institution named above ("Financial Institution") for the transfer of funds to
IRESE for the purpose of funding or purchasing investments that result from my
bidding on the IRESE web site. I acknowledge that the origination of
electronic debits to my Account must be authorized by my Financial Institution,
which must be located in the United States.
I understand that this authorization will remain in full force and effect while
I am registered with IRESE, for the duration of any and all bids I post on the
IRESE web site, or until IRESE receives written notification from
me that I designate a different account or terminate this authorization.
