How do I get the best pricing for my clients?

Choose this option to finance application once amount of funding requested is met by Investors. Here are two scenarios:

  • Expedite Financing: If you would rather get financing quickly and don't want to wait for investors to bid during the full length of the offer. This format in case financing desired quickly and you do not want to wait for a better pricing. In the case of automatic funding, as soon your requested financing amount is met by Investors, the offer will close and financing completed. In most cases, your financing will fund at the best price bid down by Investors.
  • Competitive Financing: If you would rather give investors the chance to bid down pricing, and your offer will last the full duration specified. The more days the offer is up, the greater possibility you have of investors bidding the pricing down, and you getting a better deal.
