Monitor Property Owner Requests and Payments

How do I approve or decline my Clients' requests?

You will receive an email notifying you of new request that require review. You will also be able to access a summary of requests requiring review from the "Home > My IRESE > Brokering" overview page. Take me there

When you receive a request to review a Property Owner request, you have 1 day to accept or decline the request. If you do not approve or decline the listing within 1 day, the request will be directed to another Broker and the Property Owner will be notified. The Property Owner may withdraw his or her request at any time, reviewed or not.

When you review a request, you may approve or decline the request:
  • If the request is approved, the request will be assigned to you for brokering.
  • If the request is declined, the request will be set to "Draft" status and the Property Owner may update request at any time and it will directed to another Broker.

Why should I care about Property Owner payments?

Your Broker's payment history, funding rate, default rate, Mortgage Financing and Future Equity Agreement financing will all have an impact on your ability to attract investors to your future Broker’s auctions.

If you have delinquencies (Property Owners who pay late) and defaults (Property Owners who never pay) in your Broker's history, Investors think twice before placing a bid on your auction.

On the other hand, if your Broker has a clear offline affiliation, and the auctions are well-described, it can be a real advantage! The more you put into personalizing and making your Broker profile look great, the more attractive it will be to everyone. If you're working to set your Broker profile up with the best financing possible, you'll help your Broker's reputation and your clients.
