The IRESE site is occasionally taken off-line for regular maintenance and upgrades. These maintenance periods typically last less than one hour (usually much less), and are announced at least one hour in advance at the top of every page on the site. While the site is under maintenance, your information will remain secure and will not be lost or forgotten. Auctions, bids, and products servicing will continue during the maintenance period.

Although we take every precaution against letting them happen, the IRESE site may experience outages during which investors cannot view auctions or place bids and owners cannot create new applications. Should such an outage occur, auctions, bidding, and products servicing should continue once service is restored.
