How can I do an advanced listing search?

Go to the "Investor > Bid on Notes" and click on "Advanced Search" link. You will be required to sign in before you can conduct an advanced search. Take me there

What do all of the search criteria mean?

Financing Choices

You can use financing choices to screen for financial risk profile you seek.
  • Note Type: you can choose note type that offers fixed rate, adjustable rate or interest rate only payments.
  • Credit Rating:If a credit grade is checked, the search results page will include results with credit grade. If it is unchecked, results without credit grade will be excluded.
  • Financing Required: Amount financing is required. Allows to enter dollar value to segment small loans from large loans. Constrain your search results with specific amounts.
  • Note Rate: Allows you to filter your search further to only include listings in which the Investor rate is at or above the interest rate specified in the text box.
  • Note Years: Allows you to filter years to maturity on the note.
  • Minimum Debt to Income Rate: Enter DTI ratio in % which would limit your search. Constrain your search to results with specific debt to income (DTI) ratios. DTI is a measurement of the risk, for example Property Owner's ability to take on additional debt.
  • Minimum Loan to Value Rate: Enter LTV ratio in % which would limit your search. Constrain your search to results with specific loan to value (LTV) ratios. LTV is a measurement of the risk you as investor take if the property value declines and the property will be foreclosed due to the lack of payment.
  • % Funded: Constrain your search results to auctions which have a specific range of the percent of the auction which is funded.

Property Options

You can use property options to screen results which fit property characteristics you seek.
  • Property Value: Enter a minimum property value for the property.
  • Property Use: Choose property use. Options include (Vacation, Primary Residence, Investment and others).
  • Property Size: Enter a minimum property size.
  • Built After: Enter a year after which property was built.
  • Rooms or Units: Enter a minimum number of rooms or units for the property.

Sorting Options

You can choose up to three sort dimensions for your search. For example, if you wanted to see your search sorted by credit grade and then amount, you would choose "Credit Rating, Ascending", and "Amount, Ascending".

Can I edit my advanced search?

Yes. Any time after you run your search, you can click "Search Again" and modify your search criteria.

Can I save my search criteria?

Yes. You can save a conducted advanced search as "Screen". Once your search is conducted, on the search results page click "Save Search". You will be prompted to enter the name of the search you are saving, and click "Save".
